These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jaatbuzz governing your use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing jaatbuzz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jaatbuzz. Underage accounts will be permanently closed and any deposits refunded. Age verification is required at registration.
Each player is permitted exactly one jaatbuzz account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited and the accounts suspended.
All jaatbuzz bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Terms are published openly before any bonus is claimed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaatbuzz login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorised access to jaatbuzz support immediately.
In the event of a dispute, jaatbuzz follows a formal complaints procedure. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event. All decisions by the jaatbuzz compliance team are final pending escalation.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting systems, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on jaatbuzz. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between jaatbuzz ("we", "us", "the Company", "jaatbuzz") and you ("Player", "User", "you") in connection with your use of the jaatbuzz platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at jaatbuzz.app.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jaatbuzz platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jaatbuzz platform and close your account.

To open a jaatbuzz account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to notify jaatbuzz promptly of any changes to your registration information.
jaatbuzz reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
The jaatbuzz platform is made available to players accessing the service from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the jaatbuzz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jaatbuzz makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) jaatbuzz account only. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where jaatbuzz determines that multiple accounts exist in connection with the same person or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaatbuzz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jaatbuzz will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your jaatbuzz account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jaatbuzz support team immediately at [email protected]. jaatbuzz will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
In accordance with our regulatory obligations, jaatbuzz requires all players to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before withdrawals can be processed. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within 90 days. jaatbuzz may also request proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. jaatbuzz reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
You may request closure of your jaatbuzz account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation may not be eligible for immediate closure.
jaatbuzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed on the jaatbuzz platform.
All deposits to your jaatbuzz account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the jaatbuzz cashier page and is subject to change. jaatbuzz does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jaatbuzz bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jaatbuzz within the timeframes published on the platform, which are subject to successful KYC verification and account standing. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your jaatbuzz account. jaatbuzz reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method before processing withdrawals to an alternative method.
jaatbuzz aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers under standard conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. jaatbuzz is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider once funds have been dispatched from the jaatbuzz system.
The primary operating currency on the jaatbuzz platform for Pakistani players is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
jaatbuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any jaatbuzz bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your jaatbuzz account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus; incomplete wagering at expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
jaatbuzz actively monitors all account and betting activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to access the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and wagering on games or markets with minimal risk to fulfil wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended from the jaatbuzz platform.
jaatbuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and a bonus has been credited, the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in will apply to that specific bonus claim.
All bets placed on the jaatbuzz platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for each sport or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules governing any market on which you intend to bet before placing a wager. By placing a bet on jaatbuzz, you confirm acceptance of the applicable betting rules.
jaatbuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were published due to a technical error or manifest mistake. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your jaatbuzz account balance.
Cricket betting on jaatbuzz covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test matches, One Day Internationals, T20 Internationals, and other approved cricket competitions. In-play betting is available on eligible matches. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void by the governing body, jaatbuzz will settle bets in accordance with our published cricket abandonment rules.
jaatbuzz reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the jaatbuzz platform. No bet shall be considered accepted on the basis of an unconfirmed transaction alone.
Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets on jaatbuzz. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. jaatbuzz reserves the right to adjust payout limits on any market at any time. Any bet that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit will be automatically reduced to the maximum permissible stake.
All casino games available on the jaatbuzz platform, including but not limited to slot titles, live dealer games, fishing games, and virtual table games, use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game session on jaatbuzz, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection and malfunction policy. jaatbuzz will not be liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection, device, or network provider.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaatbuzz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

These tools can be accessed directly from your jaatbuzz account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Players who have self-excluded from jaatbuzz are prohibited from attempting to open new accounts or access the platform during their exclusion period. Any account opened during an active self-exclusion period will be immediately closed and all deposits returned. Winnings accumulated during such a period will be forfeited.
All content on the jaatbuzz platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the intellectual property of jaatbuzz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jaatbuzz platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jaatbuzz platform without the prior written consent of jaatbuzz.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaatbuzz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jaatbuzz platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.
jaatbuzz's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jaatbuzz account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jaatbuzz does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the jaatbuzz platform may be suspended for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons without prior notice.
jaatbuzz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jaatbuzz Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on jaatbuzz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jaatbuzz implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
jaatbuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their jaatbuzz account and/or via a prominent notice on the jaatbuzz platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the jaatbuzz platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jaatbuzz's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the jaatbuzz complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit jaatbuzz's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the jaatbuzz platform.
